warm welcomefriendly stafflovely vistasrushed meal
the pre-stay communication was excellent, i received a warm welcome. the staff were consistently friendly! and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. the location had lovely vistas. i hope to return soon.
i felt the evening meal was a bit rushed. bread rolls looked immediately, courses arrived seconds after ordering. i would have liked a more leisurely dining experience.

the location offers amazing views from nearly every vantage point , and the free parking outside simplified our arrival. i particularly appreciated the well kept premises and the inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. the bar was a definite highlight , providing enjoyable entertainment during the evenings.
i noticed that the refurbishment appears to be an ongoing project throughout the building, and certain areas seemed a little dated.

i found the evening meals to be excellent the portions were generous. the cliff walk near the hotel provided really nice views. the bar area had a nice atmosphere with enjoyable evening entertainment.
the shower room could use an upgrade it seemed a bit outdated. it needs some modernisation.

the room was spacious with views of the sea i found the bed quite comfortable. the hotel offered a good variety of food at breakfast including both hot and cold options. the staff was friendly and efficient assisting with any questions. the location allowed for convenient access to nearby coastal paths.
the parking area seemed limited and operated on a first come basis which i found slightly inconvenient.

The location was amazing. i walked to a nearby beach. It was a short distance. the dining area was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly.
i noticed dust on the radiator in my room. it seemed the dust had accumulated over some time. the bathroom could use some simple updates too.

The hotel had lovely gardens. The terrace allowed for beautiful views of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful .
The lack of on-site parking was a problem. My spa treatment was cancelled because the therapist was ill. The hotel is a long distance from the town center. This required a steep walk to get into town.
